Frequent Updates: Please be aware that store availability is subject to frequent updates. A store that was advertised yesterday may not be eligible for a refund today. We encourage you to contact us before placing any orders with us.

Refund Process

Product Checking: We advise opening any boxes you receive to ensure once the order has been delivered that all items are present & have arrived correctly & intact. This precaution allows for a smoother return process should it become necessary.

Assistance with Returns: In the unlikely event that a refund is unsuccessful, we will assist you in returning your items to recover your funds. However, please note that we are not responsible for any return shipping fees.

Account Access & Risks

Access Requirement: We will need access to your account. You may create a new email address & associate it with your account prior to placing your order. Please when creating emails & passwords do not include keywords like, ref, refund, fraud etc. These can cause accounts to get flagged.

Risk of Account Deactivation: Please understand that utilizing any refund service carries the inherent risk of account blockage or deactivation. We will provide guidance on how to initiate a dispute with your bank.

Rebilling & Customer Responsibilities

Rebilling Risks: While our methods have proven to be 99% effective against rebills thus far, there remains a possibility of occurrence. In the event of a rebill, we cannot assume responsibility for any losses incurred; however, we will provide guidance on how to mitigate this risk.

Payment Instructions: All customers will receive a message detailing how to remit payment for their fees & outlining the consequences of non-payment. Please do not interpret this as a threatening communication.

Consequences of Non-Payment: Failure to pay the required fees may result in actions being taken against you, including potential rebills.

Payment Terms

Refund Confirmation Payment: If we have not previously worked together, you will be required to pay the applicable fees upon receiving your refund confirmation email or confirmation through live chat.

Late Payment Fee: Should you prefer to make payment only after the funds have been credited back to your chosen payment method, please be aware that a 5% late payment fee will be applied. Example, your 20% fee will now become 25% fee, or your 25% fee will now become a 30% fee.

Cryptocurrency & Exchange Fees

Responsibility for Fees: All cryptocurrency or exchange fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that you can cover these fees & send the exact amount requested. Please note PayPal requires us to have the funds exchanged hence the higher fee.

Fees Changing: Fees can differ slightly depending on the store so please reach out before ordering. Order example: You place an order for £300, you would pay the minimum fee of £100/£150 as it is higher than the 20/25%. You place an order for £2,000 you would pay either £400 or £500 as this hits the %, based upon your chosen payment method.
